Samsung TV unable to resumte 4K Movies

Player Version#: latest samung tizen app as tv is Samsung QE55Q60R

HI,

I have a few 4K ripped movies mostly in HDR10 and only one or two of them will resume most of them start playing form the begining does anyone else have this issue?

Is it the Samsung TV or could it be somethign on the Server thats causing it?
