Will this uhd player receive the new updates latest version in store is still 3.1.0 on tizen 3.0
Same Here: Have the Samsung UBD-M8500 player and also noted that the Plex app is still on the previous generation even though the device uses Tizen 3.0 just like the M series of Samsung TVs which has the newer Plex client interface.
Please update the plex app on this player. It’s the top model of Samsung’s BluRay players.
If it’s not being updated any chance of 3.90.2 version being available to download and install via usb please?

Still on 3.1.0 c,mon guys I would like the new client on this player also, at least can someone from plex reply and tell me why it’s not happening?
I contacted @sLumpy more than two months ago about this but haven’t received a response.
I’ve sideloaded Plex TV UNO Preview for Samsung 2016+ UHD. And it’s working fine, shouldn’t need to do this really though
