Hi just wondering if there will be any further updates to this app maybe to uno? This version is very old, the blu-ray player is uhd and 2017 model, and if not why not?

AFAIK, Bluray players are not officially supported at all.
That’s a shame as this is a great streamer and player for all apps and plex 3.1 although old works great on it. I guess a side loaded version of a new build is against T.O.S too?

You can side load the Uno Beta for Tizen (you can search the forum for it), thats what I’m using on my 4k m8500 bluray player. But then you will also not receive any of the new updates and bug fixes.
It’s really sucks for us, I made a post about this already and got no traction. If they would release the package in the forums at least we could sideload it. I don’t have issues with the beta, so I doubt it’s compatibility.
We should all lobby together to try and get them to release the newest versions in the forums.
With the DTS and eARC limitations affected all 18,19 model year Samsung TVs there is no way to get any of HD or DTS sounds using your Plex widget running on TV for external receiver\soundbar that many of the people using.
As of me my M7500 provides the same image quality as of latest Q80R. it integrates easy with my TV but gives lot more flexibility in term of sound codecs support and also I’m using Philips Play lighting controller that requires HDMI signal as well.
I’m running 3.1 Plex widget on it but it fits all the requirements for your recent client version and seems that doesn’t need additional development from your side just to submit your widget for this BluRay player model group. And you are saying that the only reason you can’t give the latest version just because this device is not in the list of supported devices?
Please PLEX, put it in the list or give us possibility to download and install it and I’m sure those devices become very interesting option for many of your users.
