Scan libraries when I open client

I’d like Plex to kick off a library (or libraries) scan when I open the client to give me the most up to date media. My Plex sometimes gets stuck in scanning everything in an infinite loop when I have “scan changes” turned on. I’ve read other users periodically have that issue too, so I keep it turned off and manually scan my stuff periodically. But if I had an option within the client app (especially for Plex TV apps) to scan a specific library or select which libraries then anytime I open my Plex client I would have the most up to date media viewable in my library.
