Scan Music Library Files?

I have access to the internet, does anyone have any comments on the following when attempting to scan my music files?

An internet connection is required to scan library files. Please check this server’s connection and try again.

Log files ZIP please (settings - Server - troubleshooting - download logs)

I went into FreeNAS and restarted the plex-plexpass Jail afterwhich on scanning the music library folder Plex didn’t complain and all the music I added showed up!

@ChuckPa isn’t there sensitive information in the log files? I guess I could send 'em if you wanted to see the data pre and post restart of PMS.
