Hi. I have added new music files to my Plex library, but when I try to scan them in, I get a message saying I need an internet connection.
I have an internet connection, and if I try to scan in other libraries (movies etc) they scan fine.
just not my music.
I can access my music library remotely so it can’t be a problem with the internet.
Shut down your server and restart it.
si è successo anche a me poi come detto da ottokerner tutto funziona.
Io non riesco a risolvere il problema sempre nella libreria musica.
Aggiungo una cartella di un artista nuovo e dopo un pò che la scansiona incomincia a scansionare tutta la libreria musicale.
E’ una tortura perchè fa questo ?
