There’s another thread with people troubleshooting on this topic - hopefully enough of us have reported it for Plex team to treat it as a defect/bug.

=I have been having the same issue for at least a month. Usually it happened a few days after installing an update. The DVR would stop recording, and if I tried live TV I would get the error “Could not tune channel.” I have a HDHomeRun DUAL. I tried reinstalling the software for that, reboot and Plex seemed to work for a couple more days. Then the same issue with the DVR not recording and not able to tune channel.
