Scanning crashes UnRAID

Whether scanning a single library or all of them, scanning crashes my entire NAS to the point I can’t access the UnRAID WebGUI or PMS dashboard. It’s also triggered by the overnight automated maintenance.

I’m still able to play/transcode files, optimize the database, clear bundles, etc., just can’t scan for new files.

DBRepair says everything is fine but ran it anyway to be safe. I’ve checked all file permissions (full rw access for everything in the appdata folder for PMS), folder owners (all are ‘nobody’), docker paths but nothing seems to work.

I found other reddit/UnRAID forum threads but nothing has worked.

Plex logs provided following a crash and reboot:

Only thing I haven’t tried is a fresh install but I have lots of custom posters, collections, etc. and would prefer to only do that as a last resort.

Update: I wiped/re-installed Plex and reimported my database but the issue persists. I then wiped/re-installed it again but using an older database from a couple months ago and got the same result.
