Scanning Music Library Endlessly

I’m having trouble scanning my music library. It was working fine before the last update. When I try to scan
the program continues to scan without any progress. I deleted the old library and created a new one with only 1 folder with 1 artist and 1 album. I tried scanning again overnight and there wasn’t any progress.Plex Media Server Logs_2018-10-08_08-58-20.zip (4.9 MB)

Impossible to see a single match request in the logs. They are full of streaming activity. The attempt most likely rolled off the end.

Sorry, but I’m new to all of this and don’t understand you. Can you point me to some links that might help me understand you better.

I just updated my Synology NAS and now everything seems to be working as before.
When I said that I was scanning; I meant that when I click on the Library for Music I clicked on Scan Library Files. This usually doesn’t take long. But before the update, I let it scan all night long and the next morning it was still scanning. And I was concerned since there were only two folders; one with one album and the other folder with 7 albums.
