Hi. Im running the latest version of Plex Server on a WD MyCloud EX2Ultra NAS. I had everything set up fine, music, tv shows, movies and photo libraries all scanned and appearing as expected to all users. I upgraded to Plex Pass and seen that to use the premium features in my music library I had to start a new library. So I deleted the old music library from the plex server and started a new music library. All goes well up to this point, but when it scans it does not detect the music files. The files are in the same place they always were, nothing changed there. Ive signed out and back in several times, cleaned bundles, re-installed plex server on the nas, deleted trash, re-booted the nas. Nothing works. All my other libraries work fine when I re-scan them. Can anyone help?
