Scheduled recordings not showing in DVR Schedule

Server Version#:1.18.4
Player Version#: Plex for LG 4.21.1

I schedule TV recordings on the media server but I cannot see some of these in the DVR Schedule either on the media server or the LG player.

Is this a known problem or am I doing something wrong.
