I am trying to record an episode of Great Performances but it does not show up in the schedule. When I check the logs, it says there is a match in the library, but this episode has never aired before, so that is not possible.
I’ve tried changing various settings of the recording to try to get it picked up (HD, episodes to keep, etc).
Can someone determine what is going wrong here?
