Scheduled Tasks eating CPU

Hello everyone.
I have an issue with my Plex Server (running on Synology NAS). I’ve configured the tasks to start at 2AM (default value, I believe).

However, when it starts at 2AM, it maxes out the CPU and never finishes. I have to manually restart the Plex package. It is the “Plex Transcoder” service, that is maxing the CPU out. But nothing is currently playing.

Can somebody please help me to figure out what exactly is going on?

Creation of Video Preview Thumbnails goes on in the server maintenance period as well, if activated.
