I’m on ver. 1.25.2.5319 and I seem to have lost the automatic screenshot as poster feature for at least my TV Shows library. I’m not positive when I upgraded to this current version but prior to updating, when I was adding TV Shows at the beginning of November, Plex was creating screenshots and using them for posters when it couldn’t find any other artwork, which is what I expected.
Most posts similar to this topic are folks who are getting screenshots instead of artwork for posters. I’m now just getting a grey box instead of a screenshot. I’ve been using Plex for a couple of years and this is the first I can recall not having screenshots being created at all.
