When searching by clicking an actor’s profile in a movie, Plex returns only a few of their movies in my library. If I search for the actor in the Search bar, it asks me which source, with two listing the same server and library name.
One only returns 2 movies for this actor. The other returns several more.
Any ideas?
Are some of the movies possibly still matched with the legacy agents?
check one movie from each group that returns for the GUID in the XML by looking at the plex media info . The GUi will be towards the top

Well, it seems you nailed it! multiple files were using the legacy agent. After refreshing metadata on a few and verifying that it fixed the problem, I launched a refresh of all metadata in the library. I am assuming that will fix it. Thank you.
