Actor Search Not Finding All Results in Same Library

Server Version#: Windows 1.25.5.5492
Player Version#: Web Version 4.69.1

I’m aware that PLEX does not search across all libraries when clicking on an Actor, however the problem I am experiencing is within the same library. In my example below, I get two different sets of results when clicking on “Bradley Cooper”. The hyperlink shows two different actor ID’s. Is there a way to fix this?

Full metadata refresh of your libraries with optimise db afterwards should resolve the problem.

Thanks, that fixed it but it also had the unwanted side effect of changing the poster artwork for several movies.

Local assets (poster.jpg) is really only the sure way to ensure they never change. Bit of up front work but then you have full control.
