the CPU model is almost 5years old, which means it is very power hungry (140W!)
it is hard to cool silently
it is a Xeon, which means it doesn’t have a QuickSync unit. So using hardware transcoding and HEVC video codec is still a no-go, if you don’t also add an additional graphics card which supports this codec.
