Season level TV show extras do not appear on Plex-Web

Hi all,

I’m just experimenting with adding extras to individual seasons of TV shows, and it seems like they’re completely inaccessible on Plex-Web. I’ve tested, and when I go into an individual season of a show I see the extras below the episode list on iOS and Android clients, but not on Plex Web (or the desktop clients).

For clarity, SERIES level extras appear properly on all clients, below the Seasons on the Show page. But SEASON level extras do not appear on the web or desktop clients, though I can confirm that they’re set up correctly because they appear on other clients.

Anyone else notice this?

That’s a known “situation”… Plex are still working to integrate local tv extras to more clients.

As of today…

  • only the Android (mobile) and iOS clients support local extras for all tv-show tiers (show, season, episode).
  • Apple TV supports local extras for show and episode tiers
  • all other clients will only display show tier extras.

Therefore your observation is what’s to be expected at this stage.
