TV episode extras not showing up with "Plex TV Series" Scanner/Agent

Hi, I can’t seem to get TV episode or series extras to show up with the new “Plex TV Series” scanner/agent, following the posted directions.

I’m testing with The Office (US) Season 01, which has a extra at the season level and episode-specific extras, which I’ve named following the guidelines for extras:

But, while the episodes match correctly with thetvdb, none of the extras show up (EDIT: testing in the web browser):

My Plex server is on version 1.23.1.4571 and these are my settings for the library above:

I’ve searched through the comments on the announcement article and the migration article, but don’t see a solution. Am I just doing something wrong?

Do you have an Android phone or an iPhone?
As of today only the Plex apps for Android mobile and iOS support extras for all tiers of a tv show. Plex on the Apple TV will show extras for shows and episodes. All other clients will only show the show-level extras (incl. Plex Web!). From what I’ve learned, Plex are working to extend this on more clients but no ETA when this is going to happen.

The naming of your local extras appears to be ok though…

Thanks for the quick response. I hadn’t tested it on my phone since I figured Plex Web was the first place anything would show up, but I just tried in the Android app and see the episode extras showing up correctly there. So, good news that it works there, and now I’ll just have to wait for it to show up on Web and Roku. Thanks for clearing that up!

@tom80H, has there been any movement or news regarding full support of local TV extras?

The scanner has been out of beta for months, yet this part of the feature is still only supported on iOS and Android.

Nothing that I’m aware of. From what I know the status quo is:
