TV Extras not showing (Personal Library)

Hello,

I have some TV shows with seasons that have extra content.

I’ve used the folder and naming convention detailed by Plex but I’m having some trouble.

In iOS and iPadOS devices, the season level extras show as expected. But on tvOS, LG TV (webOS). and macOS web browser, the extras don’t show at all.

I also have some show level extras that show properly on all devices, it’s just the season level extras that are a problem.

The extras must be foldered and named correctly for them to show in iOS and iPadOS.

Does anyone know why they wouldn’t show on LG TV, Apple TV or web browsers?

Software on all devices is the lasted versions.

Server: Synology NAS.

Has a blue section that details the fact that not all clients support this at the moment.

Was frustrating until I figured that out as well.

Plex does not yet display season level extras in any clients except the mobile apps on Android and iOS.

There’s a feature suggestion to bring all apps to the same level.
