When my wife and I are watching TV shows/movies on Plex, pretty much every time we end up on IMDB to find out what other films we've seen an actor in, what their name is etc. It's quite a laborious process firing up IMDB, doing a search, selecting season/episode etc.
So to make it easier I've created a mobile app to speed up the process. It connects to any available media servers and grabs a list of whats playing. You can then see some basic details including artwork/summary/cast, and it has a quick link to IMDB or TheTVDB (for TV shows it first quizzes TheTVDB for an IMDB link and uses that if found).
It's iOS only at the moment, and it's basically ready for beta testing. Still needs a few tweaks and UI improvements but I'd like to put it out there to anyone interested and get some feedback,
