Hello ! I have an issue with transcoding, my account (plex-pass) has 2 server, on the first server I do have the option to enable transcoding, but on the 2nd one (Ubuntu) it doesn’t appear. When I start a video on the ubuntu server I got this for example without the (hw) I’m not sure how to solve this any ideas ?
