Secure connection users not allowed

Hi

Hope you guys can help me out here…

before i go to the log sending and all… i just need a few hints…

Story:
i moved my plex to another server.
I followed the plex guide - every thing is working great … but
clients are not granted access if useing secure connection… switching to non secure seams to let them in.

There has been no cange to my firewall
no change in the plex config
i only did move the appdata plex to another location and claimed my server…

anybody know what i did wrong?

You may want to run with it set to Preferred, which allows both secure and unsecure while troubleshooting.

If you firewall can block https you might double check things just to make sure.

Also check/test settings on remote clients. With the server set to Preferred, have a remote client toggle the settings on their end (secure required / not required) and see what happens.

I’m not sure what else to check. The port number doesn’t change between secure & unsecure.

If none of the above helps, then probably time to pull log files.
