Secure connections no longer working on my PMS

Server Version#: 1.32.3.7089
Player Version#: 4.100.1
OS: FreeNAS-11.3-U5

I just updated to the latest PMS, 1.32.3.7089 a couple of days ago, and now secure connections do not appear to be working whatsoever. The Plex Web App for example doesn’t connect, my phone only connects if I’m on WiFi, and if I switch Secure Connections to “Required”, I can’t even browse to it via 192.168.1.4:32400/web/ (naturally, as this is not secure either). So I have to switch it to “Preferred” to even change settings or use it whatsoever. I had to manually change the Preferences.xml file to go back to Preferred after changing to Required, so basically right now Required completely locks me out of the application.

Remote Access tells me green checkmark, all good. It also tells me the correct port # and WAN IP, as confirmed by logging into my router and I can see the same values there under the UPnP portmap table. I do not have port forwarding set up, but it’s been working for me for many years like this via UPnP – please let me know if port forwarding is absolutely required to fix secure connections. Just in case, I turned off UPnP completely and turned it back on, to refresh the table (but was unneeded, same values popped up as before).

Also I went to https://canyouseeme.org/ and typed in the Public part of the Remote Access settings (IP & port), all good, it can see me.

I tried turning off IPv6 support in the Plex settings and then restarting, no help.

Do I have a bad cert or something? How can I refresh or fix this? I’d appreciate any help, thank you.

Without a single change on my end, this seems to have been magically fixed. Guessing it was because of the new cert stuff you guys have been putting in place. I’ll report back ifi I have any further issues.
