Seedboxes all showing offline

Hi

Recently changed Internet provider.
Now all my seedboxes show as offline on Plex Web and Android phone app. Plex Windows app works though.

However, use VPN or switch Internet network to different provider, and everything works.

Connections between seedbox and location is fine. Yet Plex shows all connected seedboxes as offline on specific Internet provider on web and phone app, but not on Windows app.
Can watch default Plex content and log in fine.

Tried everything including completely fresh new setup, different seedbox locations and providers, reconnecting boxes, different routers, plugging in.
VPN or provider switch is the only thing that works.

Plex IP ban somehow?
Any ideas how to fix this?
What is going on?

Some ISP’s do block Plex remote access. i’m not sure if they are just blocking 32400 or what.

For the cases we know about the solultion is to disabled the ISPs “internet security” on their router. ( can be called different things.

Another cause of connection issues is often DNS issues which we generally recommend folks switch to some other like Google’s or Cloudflare’s

ISP DNS was the culprit. Changing to Cloudflare/Google fixed it.
