Select videos do not play for remote client

I have ONE remote client that can watch 99% of the videos on the server, but now and then runs into something that stutters. Changing to a different video works fine, so I attributed it to an older video with possibly a bad encoding. Playing the video locally (web or on another Roku device) works fine. The remote viewer says they have zero bandwidth issues and I can’t really see that being the problem if other videos of the same resolution work without incident.

I’ve been swapping out the video with other versions with no luck but today they reported another video that was fairly recently encoded. I tried looking at the logs but I don’t possess the tech kung fu that you guys do so I was hoping for some guidance.

I don’t see any issues in your server log. Have the user turn on logging in their app, playback the same video to recreate the problem, then grab a new server log.
