Unable to load any video on remote server on Roku, stops at 33% and dies

As of last night I have been unable to play any video files from a remote server that was previously always working. Any video will get to 33% and eventually return a playback error to check my connection. My connection is fine and I am able to play media from another remote server as other Plex content including live tv. I have rebooted my Roku several times, the remote server has rebooted, and this issue doesn’t occur on my account when I try to view content on this remote server via the website.
I turned on remote logging while recreating the issue

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try disabling Automatically adjust quality (Beta) on the remote server

Edit - it’s already disabled

Thank you for your reply and suggestion, pardon my n00bness but is that done on the remote servers end or mine? I can’t seem to find that option in the Plex app on my Roku
