Player Version#: tvOS 2.15
I have 2 versions of al my 4K content, a 4K HEVC and a plex transcoded version to 1080p, however when I try to playback the 1080p version it fails to play. Other 1080p content plays fine, but the plex versions one all fail.
I have it set to transcode to iOS compatible, which tvOS is based off of and has the same video support.
I tried with both the enhanced player and the tvOS one, neither work failing the same. There is no error, it just fails to play silently. Attached both server and client logs
Would you mind turning DEBUG logging back on? I can’t see what it’s really doing nor are you saving any space (log space is fixed size = 50MB)
I can see you have codec retrieval (network) issues

The last few lines refer to what look like a damaged file system. (it needs checking).
Erg- I had turned it back on and reproduced but it hadn’t. I turned it off because I have Splunk indexing my logs and it sometimes causes me to go over when the media analysis runs.
