Selecting "Hide Guide" from Live TV guide causing Roku plex client to exit/crash

Whenever I am watch live tv channel, plex channel or a local channel, if I bring up the guide and then select “Hide Guide” the plex app exits/crashes and I am returned to the Roku home screen.

Thanks you for the report and sorry for the troubles. We have been able to replicate the issue and have file internally to investigate and fix.

Good morning. We’re experiencing the exact same issue with the “Hide Guide” button in my home as well. Tried it on 3 different Rokus last night and again this morning. It instantly crashes the Plex app on Roku as soon as we click on the “Hide Guide” button. We’re running the same Plex server version and Roku app version as the original poster as well. Thanks.

I just applied the latest update to my Plex on my Synology NAS. I then restarted the plex server on Synology, applied a ROKU update on my Roku box, rebooted it, and tried the hide guide option and it still closes/crashes the plex app on my roku box. I applied the PlexMediaServer-1.31.3.6868-28fc … patch. Was this the patch fixed or is it another? Thanks
