I am requesting a setting where the server owner can selectively throttle remote stream quality by user. For example, I have some friends who have access to my server whose remote streams I wish to limit/throttle to 4Mbps while at the same my have my remote WAN streams not be throttled. If I am streaming remotely, I want full original quality available to me. However users on my friends list should be limited to a lower quality.
The original request thread already covered this quite extensively. What we have now is just the start. I expect in the coming months/years we will see the per user limits that were asked for.
