Yesterday afternoon my series season folders stopped showing. In there place are 3 generic boxes. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it with no success. Everything shows fine on my iPhone, tablet, desktop, all load up fine and show series season folders. It was working fine yesterday afternoon as I used plex for Xbox one and had no issues navigating to any series then season then epi. Came home later that night and when I open the series forlder I just see those three icons and can’t open any series. Anyone heard of this or is having the same problem? I have never had any issue before with this it its started happening last night. Thanks

Did you change your library agent to the Personal Media agent? We’ve fixed this for a future update but in the mean time you can workaround the issue by changing your library agent to one of the standard agents.
