TV Series folders gone after 1.1.7.0 update

The recent xbox one update broke TV Series for me. I can see the top level of a TV show, but I can’t open up a season because the season folders are gone.

I get 3 weird blurry icons (regardless of the number of seasons I have) where the season folders used to be.

My Xbox One has v 1.1.7.0

I’m not alone in this bug - if you view the latest comments on the blog announcement, you see a few more people having the same problem.

This has already been fixed internally and will be included in a future update!

I also have this issue and am pleased that it has been fixed! Do you know when the update will be released? It renders a massive part of Plex useless, and we’re still paying for it…!

Unfortunately we can’t give timelines as we don’t know how long the development time, and then submission process, will take. But in the mean time you can avoid this issue by having the agent for the library set to anything but the ‘Personal Media Shows’ agent.
