I just found out that ‘Joined Order’ is now available, which is great for animated shows, but I just turned it on for Spongebob and after playing the first episode, which contained 3 shorts, Plex skips to episode 4 when auto-playing. The episodes appear correctly with all the correct metadata but Plex seems to interpret watching the full first episode as watching the first three files. The filenames are formatted as S01E01-E03.
