Series subtitles not apear

None of the series has subtitles. With movies everithing works fine. Can you help me?

I have this problem also. I saw when I delete some TV series from PLEX (just moved to another folder that is not synced with PLEX) and add it back again, until PLEX download info’s from internet, my subtitles are there. After info was downloaded, my subtitles dissapear from the list. Please check the attached video for better understanding.

Settings - Server - Agents - TV Shows - TheTVDB
Make sure the line ‘Local media assets’ has a check mark.

Same applies to The MovieDatabase.

All agents are checked. Still not working.

I already tried to mark these two. I’ve tried to mark them all. Nothing works…

Please post the Plex XML info of an affected episode and the exact file name of the external subtitle file.

You don’t have subfolders per-season. Add them and your external subtitles will get recognized.

it’s not relevant. until last server update, i had these files like this and everything was fine. after upgrading, my subs are not detected.

Only the documented naming scheme is supported. And the documentation says to use season subfolders – even when there is only one season.

I just created subfolders as you said. the problem is still here. nothing changed.

i did refresh metadata before write to you.
just to be clear… these subfolder has nothing to do with subtitles. I have older series without any seasons subfolders and subtitles are ok. If i will refresh metadata for these series, I will lose subtitles
EDIT: did you saw my screenrecording? until infos are dowloaded, my subs are there in the list. after info are downloaded, my subs are gone from the list. this is the problem. subs are detected in first place and after that is erased.

Your XML shows that this show was matched to TheMoviedatabase agent.
Please take another look at
Settings - Server - Agents - TV Shows - TheMoviedatabase
and verify that the line ‘Local Media Assets’ has a checkmark.

hmm… it was unmarked but I checked many times that agent and it was marked.
now it’s ok.
PS: I moved back all files to Manifest folder (without any other subfolders) and it’s ok also.
