I have copied my Babylon 5 DVDs to my PC and am using Plex to view them. I am using the format Babylon 5 S01E01.mp4. Plex correctly gets the description for each episode. However, it only gets the title for the first eight episodes of season two. All the other episodes simply say BABAYLON 5:SEASON 1, etc. Why would it get all the descitions correct and the title correct for the first eight episodes of season two, but no other titles? They names are all formatted correctly.
Stupid Handbrake embeds those silly titles into the mp4 files.
Go to Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheTVDB
In there, grab the line ‘Local Media Assets’ with your mouse and drag it downwards, so it ends up being at the bottom of the stack of active agents.
Repeat the same under
Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheMovieDatabase

Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - Plex Movie
+
Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase
Afterwards Refresh the show.
If that doesn’t help, perform the Plex Dance
