Seriously, no real "support" for a paid service?

How is the only support “guides”, a forum where your technical issues may or may not ever be answered, and no actual customer support?

I pay for this service. Why should I have to browse through hundreds of guides and topics and hope that my issue is buried somewhere within?

What you pay for by getting a Plex Pass is a few “special” features and the ability to use some apps without further payment and to support Plex. A Plex Pass has nothing to do with support.

Plex works fine without Plex Pass.

At no place in the Plex Pass documentation is there any mention or suggestion of extra support.

Great. Virtually no support for any product, paid or not, is not acceptable - especially something of the technical sort.

Guides and a forum are little to no help.

Time to move on.

*And - the “at no place in the plex pass documentation” comment is weak. There should inherently be support with a product/service such as this, it shouldn’t need to be explicitly stated.

Plex support has declined over the years. Your dependent on another member helping you. Sometimes you luck out other times you don’t. For the most part Plex works but there are pieces that do not and the only time you hear from them is when there is something new.
