Server access denied

Hi there, tried to help myself already but was unsuccessful. Cannot access my server anymore since changing PLEX password and selecting to logout all devices. Did this because I got notification of stranger login to my account.

Since then I tried basically two things: followed the official support instructions for this case (includes editing Preferences.xml) which did not help; today I uninstalled and re-installed which also did not help. Once I log onto the local web page it reports “Access denied”.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Christian
