Unable to access server after password change

Hello,
After changing my password as recommended today, I am unable to access my server at all from my QNAP NAS. Clicking the app it states the page cannot be reached and typing in http or https :32400 states the same. I chose to log out devices, and now I am unable to reach the server at all and claim it - so the server is useless right now. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Are you accessing the server from the same subnet?

How versed are you at the SSH command line on QNAP?

(don’t need much… just enough to run a script)
