Server Accessibility Suddenly Down After Years of No Trouble

I’ve run a Plex server for years with no trouble. I’m on AT&T and haven’t changed anything about my setup (except a Plex server update that ran last week), but I discovered today that my server isn’t accessible outside my network anymore. It’s just happened in the past week or so, possibly since the last server update ran.

The IP is still the correct 192.x.x.x.:32400 in both Plex and on my home network, but it is no longer accessible. When I try to reconnect the server, it gives me a succession of “trying to connect” followed by “fully accessible” followed by “Not accessible” messages as shown in the video linked below. I checked my router settings and the IP and port forwarding look fine there.

Any suggestions?
