UPDATE: The issue now seems to be resolved. I did a network reset and firmware upgrade on my routers and the access looks okay. It was odd that Plex only seemed to have an issue but I guess the lesson is turn everything off and back on again.

Hi all,
I’ve been having a few issues with my Plex experience over the last couple of weeks (some devices can’t connect, Plex Movie agent suddenly showing no results for anything), but I’m going to limit my issue here to access which will hopefully solve everything else.
I run my server off a headless Ubuntu machine, have done for around 4 years. When I try to log into the server on that machine with a web browser (with localhost:32400/web) and get a message saying
“Plex is not reachable. We are unable to connect to plex.tv at this time. Please try again later.”
The strange part is that my Plex server is currently up. For the devices that can still connect, it works fine. I can even connect to the web server on another machine on the same network using app.plex.tv (but not all machines!)
It seems like I potentially have some access issue on my Ubuntu machine and given this is where the Plex server is hosted, Plex now is showing some odd behaviour. If anyone has any suggestions on how to regain access to my server on the host machine, please let me know.
Happy to share whatever details required, just not sure what those should be.
