How are you?

I was wondering if my certificates can be reset?

I’m running this on The NVIDIA Shield.

What caused the issue earlier is that I changed the “allow insecure connections” to always and then restarted. After this the server did not appear within the app on the device.

I have since uninstalled the server via play store which brought it back to an update state. I updated and loaded the App up again.

I went through the process of setting up the server, all was good. Server showed up within the app but appears to be offline when viewed through a browser etc…

I don’t see anything wrong with your cert.

What URL are you trying to hit when accessing it via browser? have you tried http://LocalShieldIP:32400/web ? replacing with real local IP of course

Thanks for responding.

I am accessing through the main site then “open plex.”

I get the error “Unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely.” both in the browser on PC and on the android app.

I haven’t used that link you sent as currently I’m unable to obtain the local IP

EDIT: everything that I’m using now is currently outside of the local network.
Earlier when stated that it appeared within the app, that was on the nvidia shield that hosts the server. I’m trying to connect from outside networks.

Looking at your account it shows remote access is not enabled on your server.
