Need support to please reset server certificate

I’m getting an error after I reset my shield. Everyone online says I need support to reset my server certificate. I hope I’m posting in the correct place. I keep getting this error Unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely. everything was working fine but I had to factory reset my shield then I now get this error.

Please shut down your Shield.
After powering it up again, let it sit for several minutes. Do also reboot/restart any Plex clients you are using.

I tried and it still get the error message. It’s strange I’ve been using this setup for three years with no issues.

Edit: I installed the windows app and was able to connect and add my Library, no problem. Everything is working but the only issue is I can not use the web browser to change settings it’s still saying the error message. Is there a way to get around this?

I can confirm for me it’s only an issue from the webrowser. I can access it anywhere but the browser on my iPhone and tablet.

Unfortunately I have a similar issue. Can you reset my certificate as well?

Server is on a Windows machine so I can restart that once it’s done.

For whatever reason I can access the server fine from my two NVIDIA Shields. But trying to access from my Galaxy S22+ and iPad isn’t working.

Followed your instructions but it didn’t work for me unfortunately. Even reinstalled the Plex client on my tablet as a last resort.

It’s weird. Don’t understand why it works on my phone, but not my tablet or pc. Everything is connected via the same network. Phone and tablet had clean installs. Don’t know what to do tbh.

Got my PC working by using the Windows Plex client instead of the URL
Got my tablet working by split tunneling my VPN and excluding Plex. Don’t know why my phone doesn’t require this as it uses the same vpn but I’m glad it is solved.
