Hi, is it possible to request a certificate reset from a Plex employee (similar to the request here - Server certificate reset - Plex Media Server / NAS & Devices - Plex Forum)?
My server is KC-SERVER-PLEX. I have my reverse proxy and SSL certificate (from Digicert) up to date and configured correctly, but having issues specifically with “app.plex.tv is unable to connect tp “KC SERVER-PLEX” securely”, even though my secure connections has always been set to ‘Preferred’.
It was working fine for months/years so far before this issue rose, with no other config changes.
