I’ve used ChuckPa’s UserCredentialReset and it said it was successful. I’m at a loss at what to do moving forward. I can’t access my server at all. My claim token started acting up a couple weeks ago, will run for a couple of day then just quit claiming I am unauthorized.

Can you post a copy of your server logs?

Thank you for the response! I deleted my plex docker, reinstalled and used the ChuckPa utility and it worked.
