Server controlled default settings

I would like it if all connected clients would pull/save settings on the server. It would be nice to set it up where they all have a default bitrate, and to force movie trailers.

Set "DEFAULTS" or "Mandatory" settings for (new) plex players (browsers, app, desktop, Xbox, ...)
