I can’t provide logs because it’s not even open half a second. I see a flash in the top bar and a brief triangle under the app in the dock then they are gone - nothing.
I’ve always run my Plex server from a Windows comp but was trying to use a Mac to host and this is frustrating me beyond belief. I have to be missing something obvious but it’s stumped me for way too long
Edit – it opens on a guest profile but immediately crashes on the admin profile, which baffles me even more

On Windows, the content is located inside of the user directory.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server
Using the Finder’s “Go” menu, select Go To Folder… then enter the following in the dialog box that pops up:
~/Library/Logs/Plex Media Server

On Macs logs are not with other server data. They are in
~/Library/Logs/Plex Media Server
Often crashes are due to a DB corruption so you might try to restore a database backup
