Server disappear

Hi,
I have two iMac (iMac 2017 and another iMac 2020), both were plex server. They are in the same local network.
I have a problem now, where when one server working, the another one will disappear from my server list.
I tried to re-installed server app. and restated on both iMac, but still the same, when the second server back to normal, the first one will disappear.
May I know what could be the cause and how to solve this problem?

Sounds like you created the new server as a copy of the old one. Can you assign a different name to the new server?
If that doesn’t fix your issue you’ll need to dig into the server settings file of one of the servers and delete some redundant information (name, machine identifiers).

I cleared one of the server all information from imac and completely deleted the server app.
Then re-install the server app, this time server started as a new freshly setup process and finally problem solved.
