Server disappeared after email change

After updating my Plex account with new email address (and changing the auto-generated account name), my synology PLEX server has vanished.

Starting Plex from the Synology NAS will not generate any attempt to reconfigure the server, but will sign in to my PLEX account, where the server is missing. Reboot of both service and NAS has been attempted.

Attempt to sign in with the old email address just fails, as this no longer exist.

How do I tell the Synology PLEX installation, it should update the linked email/PLEX account?

Thank You - that did the trick after some messing around.

After modifying the preferences.xml, Plex did not appear in my account, not even after restarting the NAS and re-login to PLEX, nor starting the web service from the NAS as recommended.

I had to start the local PLEX web server WITHOUT SSL (No HTTPS). Here I could reassign the server to my account, ignoring the SSL warnings. After this, the connection to the certificate/SSL encrypted public address was restored.

Then I just had to re-pin the individual directories to my home screen.

So back up and run… - thank you.
