Server Does Not Download

I’ m not clear if you followed the advice from @Stellarspace linked in my previous post. Do you have a verizon Fios? Do you have the FiOS app

I enabled Home Network Protection via the My Fios app a couple of months ago. It doesn’t currently have a whitelist for domain names, but it does have a disable option for specific devices, which did the trick.
