I am also having this issue for several months now. Windows server 2016.
it seems to occur more often when I (or someone) am watching something and i try to open my plex server in a browser.
when this occurs i cannot access my plex settings either which is usually why i am opening plex in a browser at all.
I do use tautulli and organizr in case there might be a connection.
Same thing here. When browsing in the web client, Plex will duplicate my server, and wonāt allow me to click on Movies/Shows or Server settings.
I have to clear cache or view in Incognito mode to fix the issue.
It pops itās head up again shortly after.
